Spend time in our luxurious 7 year old Victorian Mansion that is less than a mile from the beach with views of the Buena Vista Lagoon right across the street and the ocean right behind it. This state of the art home boasts a large kitchen with 2 ovens, double soundproof insulation so you cannot even hear the street out front or the freeway behind and… nobody on the outside of the house can hear what goes on inside either. There is a private entrance in the back and a huge driveway that can hold up to 14 cars. The mansion has 4 bedrooms, 2 ˝ baths, an upstairs family room and a downstairs living room, and even a small backyard for your dog. We have used this home as a vacation rental so there are actually 4 queen sized beds and 2 twin beds set up. The leather sofa in the upstairs family room is a hide-a-bed with a nice feather mattress on it. If you wish, you can also rent the connected 1 bedroom Granny Flat with a small office. This unit can sleep 4 to 6. Both the main house and the Granny Flat are completely furnished and equipped with anything you may need. Chefs, catering services or any other service you might need can be arranged for you but they are optional and not included in the very reasonable daily rent of $1,000.00. Only 2 minutes from the 5 freeway and a stone’s throw from Carlsbad Village, the mall, or many of Carlsbad’s fine restaurants or nightlife, it is amazing how private and quiet this home is! Bring your team, your entourage, your staff, or your crew and get some work done without having to leave this wonderful live / work environment.
